1. PROMOTER

1.1 The Promoter is: Belstaff International Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 01447390, with its registered office at Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London, England, E1 6QL.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

2.1 The Promotion will run until 09:00 GMT on Monday 9th November 2026 (the “Closing Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 To receive the complimentary Gift (as specified in section 3.1 below), individuals must make a single transaction reaching the applicable qualifying spend threshold on eligible items across the site or in participating retail stores (the “Qualifying Purchase”):

Tier 1: Spend £250.00 / €300.00 / $350.00 or more, but less than £400.00 / €450.00 / $500.00.

Tier 2: Spend £400.00 / €450.00 / $500.00 or more.

Note: Spend thresholds exclude shipping costs, gift wrap, taxes/duties, and gift cards.


3. FREE GIFT & HOW TO CLAIM

3.1 Eligible customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive:

A complimentary Watch Beanie Hat if their Qualifying Purchase is £250.00 / €300.00 / $350.00 or more (and below £400.00 / €450.00 / $500.00); or

A complimentary Hanchurch Bifold Wallet if their Qualifying Purchase is £400.00 / €450.00 / $500.00 or more (each a “Gift”).

3.2 Strictly one (1) Gift per Qualifying Purchase. Tiers do not stack.

3.3 Gifts are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. The Promoter provides no guarantee that all or any of the Gifts will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.

3.4  For online purchases, the Gift will be available to add at checkout, subject to availability.

3.5 No cash alternative will be given for the Gift.

3.6 The Gift is not negotiable or transferable. The Gift cannot be exchanged for another gift, style, or colourway.

3.7 Entitlement to the Gift is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.

3.8 Should an eligible customer return any item from a Qualifying Purchase which results in the net order value falling below the applicable threshold (£400 / €450 / $500 for the Wallet, or £250 / €300 / $350 for the Beanie Hat), the customer must also return the Gift in its original, unworn, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3.9 If an order is returned below the qualifying threshold and the Gift is not returned, or is returned damaged/used, the Promoter reserves the right to deduct the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the Gift from the refund amount.

4. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

4.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional code, or discount.

4.2 Customers receiving the Gift agree not to sell, offer to sell, or use the Gift for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the Gift on an internet auction site).

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or substitute the Gift with an alternative item of equivalent or greater value should stock levels require it.

4.4 Gifts that are not accepted or delivered for whatever reason remain the property of the Promoter. In case of rejection of a Gift, the Gift also reverts to the Promoter.

4.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to receive or take the Gift.

4.6 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking or using the Gift, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.7 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.

4.8 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.

4.9 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.

4.10 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
